In order to ensure JAVR provide the best possible training for its members and ensure the safety of participants the following criteria are in place for each of the main training sessions.

General conditions:

7-10's have access to the monthly 7-10 training session at Southwick Country Park.

11+ can attend the weekly training session at Bath University Track.

Invited athletes can attend the additional session on a Monday night.

All juniors can attend the monthly Dash and 2k timed run on the last Saturday of the month at Southwick Country Park.
